Three Rivers Humane Society is located in Madras, Oregon. This shelter was born from the idea that shelter animals deserve the best care possible. We are excited and challenged to take a tiny shelter in a small, rural area in a new direction; where animals are seen as individuals, community members are proud to be involved, adopters share their experience with others, and above all…where Love Finds a Home.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic we are open by appointment only. We only schedule appointments with an approved application for adoption or advance notice of other business such as licensing etc.
